OUR MISSION
RCA Enterprises will provide construction services
for our clients that will exceed their expectations of excellence
in quality, innovation and production. We will provide these services
in a courteous and enthusiastic manner while providing a safe and
clean work site, and encourage a camaraderie among all members of
the construction team.
WHO WE ARE
RCA Enterprises is
a General Contractor with a Class B contractor’s
license operating in the Central Coast section of California. RCA
Enterprises has a project management staff with over 28 years of experience
in the construction industry. Projects completed by the staff includes
reconstruction of dormitories at the University of California in Santa
Cruz, new multi-unit housing developments, several hotel remodels
and restorations, shopping center remodels and new tenant improvements,
new commercial and light industrial buildings, commercial tenant improvements,
and new and remodeled custom homes.
Many of these are
showcase projects; such as the construction of the 104 room Hotel
Pacific, building a state of the art recording studio into the 140
year old Pfeifer Barn in Big Sur for Al Jardine of the “Beach Boys”,
restoration and remodel of the Hacienda at Rancho San Carlos, and
the
new custom residence for Dick & Gail Lumpkin in upper Carmel Valley.
